ICAP - Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership in Kingsbury County is a community based non-profit organization which serves primarily low-income families and senior citizens in a 14-county area of East Central South Dakota. We administer a variety of programs supported through grants, donations, and other community resources to assist participants and their communities.

Our ICAP team is dedicated to empowering individuals and families by providing access to programs and resources that help meet immediate needs and build a stronger future. We work alongside our community to connect people with the assistance they need during challenging times.

60's Plus Dining

60's Plus Dining offers high quality, low cost meals to residents who are 60 years old or better at over 40 different locations in Eastern South Dakota.  The only requirement to participate is for an individual, or their spouse, to have an age of 60 or better 

Energy and Weatherization Assistance

Energy Assistance helps low-income South Dakotans pay for their home heating costs.

SD Cares Housing Assistance Application

If you have been financially impacted due to COVID-19, the SD CARES Housing Assistance Program (SDCHAP) may provide temporary housing and/or utility assistance for South Dakota residents who meet eligibility requirements.
